COMES FROM MAIPÚ, TRADITIONAL WINE REGION OF MENDOZA, AND EVOKES THE WORLD CUP FEAT OF DECEMBER 2022. IT’S A CHARACTERISTIC, YOUNG, AND FRESH MALBEC, IDEAL FOR REPEATED TOASTS.
The idea came from the Casir Dos Santos winery, which conceived a conceptually different wine, arising from beliefs, passion, dreams, and trust. Thus was born Elijo Creer, a red wine made from Malbec grapes from the first Maipú area.
Young, aged in concrete tanks for 4 to 6 months, it has characteristics as explained by Julia Halupczock, General Manager of the winery: “Elijo Creer is young, fresh, and highly expressive, it’s straightforward, it’s honest; but beyond its organoleptic characteristics, making this wine was very emotional for me, because from the beginning of the process, we had the name and knew what we were seeking: with this wine, we seek unity, hope, to believe again.”
100% Malbec, direct fermentation at low temperature results in a wine that preserves the fruit (plum, strawberry, blackberry) as its main descriptor. Aging in concrete yields a straightforward, young, fresh wine with great varietal expression. To live celebrating, glass in hand.
