Pale pink in color, on the nose it displays citrus notes (grapefruit). Aromas of white flowers, and fruity scents like peach and pineapple with subtle hints of yeast. Persistent and delicate effervescence.

On the palate, it presents a persistent acidity, delicate bubbles, rounded, balanced, and smooth.

Ideal as an aperitif and for pairing with white meats, seafood, fresh salads, pasta, and pizza.
