80% Malbec y 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Gran Corte is an intense wine, full-bodied, with a deep ruby-red color and violet highlights. Perfectly detectable notes of its two varietals are blended together by a pronounced yet well-integrated wood presence.
Ideal for pairing with dishes high in fat content, such as grilled, braised, or barbecued meats, as the richness of the fat will complement the astringency of the tannins. It also pairs well with dishes like lasagna or pasta with creamy sauces.
